Fulfilment and Refund Policy

Introduction:

At MaxIQ Space we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality STEM educational kits designed to inspire learning and creativity. We understand that sometimes orders may need to be changed, cancelled, or returned. To address these situations, we have created the following Fulfilment Policy, which outlines our procedures for refunds, cancellations, and returns.

Refund Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, customers must meet the following conditions:

  • The customer must request a refund within 14 days of receiving the educational kit.
  • The educational kit must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
  • The customer must provide a valid order number and proof of purchase.
  1. Non-refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items
  • Customized or personalized educational kits
  • Digital downloads or online courses
  1. Refund Process:

To request a refund, customers must contact our Customer Support Team through email at shop@maxiq.space, admin@maxiq.space , or by calling +27-82-31-77606. Once the refund request is approved, the customer will receive instructions on how to return the educational kit.

  • If the customer is in South Africa, MaxIQ Space will cover the return shipping costs by issuing a PostNet shipping label. Customers not in South Africa will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned educational kit.
  • No restocking fees will be applied to returned items.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Requests:

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting our Customer Support Team through email at shop@maxiq.space, admin@maxiq.space or by calling +27-82-31-77606.

  1. Cancellation Timing:
  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order will be honoured without any charges.
  • If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before the order has been shipped, no cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the customer must follow the refund process outlined above.
  1. Customized or Personalized Orders:

Customized or personalized educational kits cannot be cancelled once the production process has started. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
